MCE300 skimming wet

Hello ive tryed downloading your instructions for the skimmer with no joy what im after trying to find out is how do i get the skimmer to produce a dark thick skim in the collection cup rather then the brown colour water im getting at the moment ive tryed the air valve at most postions but find  it better at about the 2oclock postion any help would be great

MCE600 become noisy

My mce600 protein skimmer seems to be making quite a noticable humming noise, louder than i would expect. Just how loud are these things meant to be as im concerned that all may not be quite right with it. Mine has an old style auqabee up2000 pump but with a new ceramic shaft and red bushes. It also has the damping feet on the pump but it still seems to be
 vibrating an abnormal amount.

 Any help would be appretiated.

SC2060 pinwheel

My Deltec SC 2060 pinwheel has the external pins cut half the size
 of all other pins. Is this normal?

I wish to add timers to my  2 pairs of T5 Razor Light 2 x 54W Twin marine 4 foot lighting.
Is there a product that you sell or recommend for this purpose.

New pump fit the older MCE600 ?

I have an older version of the deltec mce600, fitted with the noise
 reduction kit. However it is still quite noisy. I the newer mce600 comes
 with arevised aquabee pump. My question is will this new style pump fit
 all mce600 new and old.

Can you also tell me were i can purchase spare pumps.
