If the Kamoer remote app is showing the update is getting to 99%, may report 'Update Failed Code:0', and then not getting any further it is usually an indication that it has taken to long for the new firmware packet to be received by the doser. To solve this close the app completely, power down the pump and temporarily move the dosing pump closer to the router then perform the update again. Once done return the pump to its normal location.

Remember to keep the App open during the firmware update and keep it open at 99%, the doser will take some time to finish the update after it reaches 99%, this is normal as the unit reboots and confirms the new firmware has been successfully loaded.
