I have an issue with my Red Sea Hydra/Prime LED light, as D-D are the AI distributer for Europe, can you please give me technical advice and can I send it in to you for inspection and or repair or order replacement parts?

Technical Advice - The Red Sea Hydra 26 HD and Prime HD light units were supplied as part of the Red Sea Aquarium packages. The lights were supplied outside of our distribution network and as such all warranty and service support questions should go back to Red Sea directly via the support contact page on their website.

Spare Parts - As the lights will be classified by ourselves as non-warranty products then it would be possible to purchase spare parts from D-D for self-diagnosis and repair, whilst parts are available. D-D do not any responsibility for any damage caused to the lights caused by misdiagnosis or repair.
