Some of the chiller models have two fuses for safety. If one of these has popped the unit will not power up.

Firstly check that the power socket that the chiller is plugged in to is working by plugging in another device to it to test.

If the plug socket is working replace the fuse in the mains plug connected to the chiller and the fuse located next to the power switch on the chiller itself, this is only on the DC300 and DC750 models.

The DC4000 unit does not come with a plug attached and should be wired in to a mains power supply by a qualified electrician.
