The KH Test reagent pump speed is set at the factory and generally does not need modifying. There is an option to calibrate this pump head in the app but in most cases this is not advised.

Depending on the age of the KH Manager and the reagent tubing version you have installed the KH Test reagent pump will rotate at a speed of approximately 4-5 second if set for the thin reagent tube or approximately 9-10 seconds for the thicker reagent tube.

If the test duration on the KH Manager is above 60 minutes or below 10minutes then it could be that the pump speed is set incorrectly for your machine and will need re-setting. To do this contact us via e-mail on [email protected] with a clear image of the side of the unit with the door open and the serial number for the unit so we can remotely correct the setting for the unit version you have.
