Reef paste can be used directly from the pot.

Tear off a suitable size piece for the ammount of fish in your aquarium and roll in to a ball. This can then be stuck on the aquarium glass allowing the fish to graze freely on it. If certain fish are preventing others getting to it, split the amout of food in to smaller balls and dot them around the aquarium glass away from each other. This will allow for seporate feeding spots.

As the fish graze small particles will be released, this will help feed the corals and plankton feeding species such as certain Anthias.
