If you are fluidizing small amounts of Rowaphos you may be restricting the pump too much and causing the impeller to chatter and semi stall.

If you are restricting the pump heavily we suggest that you run a T off the pump and install the adjustment tap on the open side to create a bypass. This will allow you to run the pump unrestricted but still controll the flow going throught the reactor.
